Locked us out of our room with something they forgot to request.
My daughter and I were in town for my granddaughter’s graduation. I am 71 years old and I was exhausted when we returned to our room and found that we had been locked out. When we checked with the front desk we were told that they had forgot to collect the $25 pet deposit (we had the 11 pound Shitsu with us when we checked in). Quiet and clean.
This is bare bones essentials.
Room was clean and I was in fast. I was extremely disappointed in breakfast offerings. Cold hard-boiled eggs, cereal and donuts are not for me.
